Healing Through Remembering was sad to learn today of the death of our friend Dr Alex Boraine in South Africa.

It was following the visit of Alex in February 1999, and the evident interest in dealing with the past that his visit invoked, that Healing Through Remembering was formed as an organisation. Alex remained a friend of the organisation, keeping an interest in our work in the decades since. His visit is recorded in the report, All Truth is Bitter, which can be accessed by clicking here.
