Truth Recovery & Acknowledgement
Proposal: All organisations and institutions that have been engaged in the conflict should honestly and publicly acknowledge responsibility for past violence as part of a larger process of truth recovery.
Living Memorial Museum
Proposal: A dynamic memorial museum offering a diverse range of perspectives and experiences of the conflict and the steps towards peace.
Proposal: The establishment of a network that will link together the diverse forms of commemoration and remembrance work, facilitate information exchange, and improve links between those involved in remembrance work and society at large.
Day of Reflection
21 June: A day to acknowledge the deep hurt and pain caused by the conflict, and to make a personal commitment that such loss should never be allowed to happen again.
